My "different" daughter

Due to an unfortunate word choice in front of the mother of a developmentally delayed child that I work with ("weird"), my son, daughter, and I were discussing appropriate behavior and vocabulary. So I said that everyone is different. Some people can't hear, some people are blind, some can't walk, different people have different issues, but everyone is unique. My daughter (3 years old) says "I'm blind!". "No, sweetie, you can see." "But I'm blind!" (um... she's not) "My hair's blind!" "Yes, your hair is blonde." You gotta love them.
